Your access to this Site is subject to the Terms of Use stipulated herewith. Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use and apply to all visitors, users and others who access this Site.

By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may discountinue to use the Site.

SUT reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material revision, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

In the event when there is backlink to our Site, its has to be provided

  • the link is appropriate and legal and does not:
    (a) mislead or suggest any type of association, approval or endorsement unless legally agreed, or
    (b) harm our reputation or the reputation of any of our affiliates;

SUT MARKET AND SELL 3RD PARTY COURSES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, SUT’S TOTAL LIABILITY ON ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY), STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID TO THE TRAINING PROVIDERS SPECIFICALLY TO ATTEND ANY OF THE COURSE AND NOT EXCEEDING SGD100.00.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent SUT from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

We may collect and use information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

  1. DURATION & TERMINATION

These Terms of Use are effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
