This Privacy Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) sets out the basis which Infinite Learning (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (\u201cPDPA\u201d) of Singapore. This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including\u00a0<\/span>personal\u00a0<\/span>data\u00a0<\/span>in\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>possession\u00a0<\/span>of\u00a0<\/span>organisations\u00a0<\/span>which\u00a0<\/span>we may engage to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes.<\/p>\n

This Policy applies to information we collect on infinitelearning.sg<\/u>\u00a0and its sub-domains which may includeyour<\/span> name and<\/span> identification<\/span> information<\/span> such<\/span> as<\/span> your<\/span> NRIC number,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>contact<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>information<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>such<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>as<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>your<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>address,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>email<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>address<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>or<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>telephone<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>number, nationality,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>gender,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>date<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>of<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>birth,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>marital<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>status,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>photographs<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>other<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>audio-visual information,<\/span> employment<\/span> information<\/span> and<\/span> financial<\/span> information<\/span> such<\/span> as<\/span> credit<\/span> card<\/span> numbers, debit<\/span> card<\/span> numbers<\/span> or<\/span> bank\u00a0<\/span>account<\/span> information.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. DATA COLLECTION AND DISCLOSURE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you directly or via a third party who has been duly authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us (your \u201cauthorised representative\u201d) after (i) you (or your authorised representative) have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorised representative) have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes, or (b) collection and use of personal data without consent is\u00a0 <\/span>permitted\u00a0 <\/span>or\u00a0 <\/span>required\u00a0 <\/span>by\u00a0 <\/span>the\u00a0 <\/span>PDPA\u00a0 <\/span>or\u00a0 <\/span>other\u00a0 <\/span>laws.\u00a0 <\/span>We shall seek your consent before collecting any additional personal data and before using your personal data for a purpose, which has not been notified to you (except where permitted or authorised by law).<\/p>\n

    (c)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 since Infinite Learning markets and sells 3rd party courses, we also act as data intermediary and pass personal data to our course providers which you will be made known as you attend these courses directly with the providers.<\/p>\n

            Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.<\/p>\n

            We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).<\/p>\n
